A daylong seminar on 'Development and Governance Experience in China and Bangladesh' was held at the Nabab Nawab Ali Chowdhury Senate Bhaban of Dhaka University on Monday. DU Vice Chancellor Prof Dr ASM Maksud Kamal presided over the inaugural session while Chinese Ambassador to Bangladesh Yao Wen was present as a special guest. The Centre for China Studies, Dhaka University, and the Centre for China Studies, Shanghai Institutes for International Studies, jointly organised the event.
