A deal was signed on Friday to transfer the responsibility of operating Cox's Bazar Air Port Aviation Depo from Standard Asiatic Oil Company Limited (SAOCL) to Padma Oil Company Limited (POCL), both subsidiaries of Bangladesh Petroleum Corporation (BPC).
