AB Bank holds 44th Annual General Meeting

AB Bank PLC held its 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Kurmitola Golf Club, Dhaka, on Thursday. The meeting was presided over by Md. Fazlur Rahman, newly-appointed Chairman of the bank. Feroz Ahmed, Vice Chairman, Shafiqul Alam, Independent Director, Md. Eskandar Miah, Independent Director, DR. Nasima A. Rahman, Independent Director, Reazul Islam, Managing Director & CEO (Acting), and Manzurul Ahsan, Company Secretary, along with a large number of shareholders and well-wishers attended the meeting. The AGM approved the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 and transacted other statutory business as placed before the shareholders.
