Abul Quasem Haider has been elected as the Chairman of Islamic Finance and Investment Limited (IFIL), says a press release.
The decision came during the 350th meeting of the Board of Directors of IFIL held on September 5.
He is one of the founder Chairman of "Youth Group" one of the reputed business house in the country. He is also founder Chairman of Abul Quasem Haider Mohila Madrasa and Sekander Safia Islamia Dakhil Madrasa.
Presently, he is the Chairman of Youth Spinning Mills Limited, Youth Hatchery & Agro Ltd., Youth Real Estate Ltd., Multimode Resource Ltd., and Chowdhury Apparel (Pvt) Ltd. He is the founder Chairman of Australian International School, Eastern University and Islamic Finance and Investment Limited. He is a sponsor Director of Islamic Finance and Investment Limited. He is the former Vice-President of FBCCI, BGMEA and BTMA. He achieved Ph.D degree from Edward University, USA.
