ACME LABORATORIES AGM HELD

Shareholders of The ACME Laboratories Ltd. approved 33 per cent cash dividend for financial year 2022-23 at the 47th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company held on a digital platform on Monday. Nagina Afzal Sinha, chairman of the company, presided over the meeting. Managing Director Mizanur Rahman Sinha, Deputy Managing Directors Dr Jabilur Rahman Sinha, Jahanara Mizan Sinha and Tasneem Sinha, and Directors Tanveer Sinha, Sabrina Juned, and Fahim Sinha attended the meeting.
