AGM of Delta Life Insurance Company held

The 37th annual general meeting (AGM) of Delta Life Insurance Company Ltd was held virtually on Wednesday. Chairman of the Board of Directors Hafiz Ahmed Mazumder presided over the meeting. Shareholders of the company approved the audited accounts for the financial year 2022 and 30 per cent cash dividend against the face value of per share of Tk 10.
