A modern fisheries project was launched as a joint venture between Akij Agro & Livestock Ltd and Anhui New Ready Co. Limited in Kishoreganj recently, opening a new horizon for fisheries sector. The project was inaugurated by Monowara Begum, wife of late Sheikh Akij Uddin, founder of Akij Group, along with Chairman of Akij Ventures Sheikh Shamim Uddin and members of his family. Representing the Chinese technical partner, Bao Haixin, Director of Anhui New Ready Co, Ltd attended the agreement signing ceremony.
