Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC. Chairman Salim Rahman presides over the 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the bank on Thursday

The 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC. approved 10% Cash Dividend and 5% Stock Dividend for the year ended on 31 December 2023. The AGM was held on Thursday with Chairman of the Bank Salim Rahman in the chair, said the bank in a statement.
Vice Chairman of the Board Abu Naser Mohammad Yeahea, Directors Md. Abdus Salam, Md. Abdul Hamid Miah, Mahbub Ahmed, Hafez Md. Enayet Ullah, Ahamedul Hoque, Niaz Ahmed, Liakat Ali Chowdhury, Md. Anowar Hossain, Nasir Uddin, Md. Rafiqul Islam, Managing Director and CEO Farman R. Chowdhury and a large number of shareholders were present in the meeting.
Directors Abdus Samad Labu, Mohammed Emadur Rahman, Anwar Hossain, Md. Kamrul Hasan Siddiqui, Quazi Osman Ali and A.A.M. Zakaria attended the meeting virtually. Company Secretary Mohammed Nizam Uddin Bhuiyan proposed the agenda in the meeting.
