Thailand's King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua awarded Amir Humayun Mahmud Chowdhury by giving the country's highest honor Grand Order of the Crown of Thailand to him at a ceremony at the Thai Embassy in Dhaka recently.

CHATTOGRAM, Sept 11: Thailand's King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua awarded Amir Humayun Mahmud Chowdhury by giving the country's highest honor Grand Order of the Crown of Thailand to him.
The prize was given to Amir Humayun Mahmud Chowdhury for strengthening the bridge of friendship between Bangladesh and Thailand. Amir Humayun Mahmud Chowdhury was awarded the Companion of the Most Noble Order of the Crown of Thailand.
Amir Humayun Mahmud Chowdhury who is serving as the Honorary Consul of Thailand in Bangladesh has been supporting the Thai government and Thai citizens for 18 years.
He was given this honor in recognition of this contribution.
He was awarded the prize at a ceremony at the Thai Embassy in Dhaka recently. His family members and embassy officials were present on the occasion.
The Grand Order of the Crown of Thailand is one of the country's highest honors. This honor was introduced in 1869.
