Amu off to Austria to attend UNIDO forum

Industries Minister Amir Hossain Amu on Sunday left Dhaka for Vienna, Austria to attend a two-day forum on 'Promoting inclusive and sustainable industrial development: Strategies and instruments.'
The two-day meeting begins on Monday at the Vienna International Centre organised by the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO), aiming to boost inclusive and sustainable industrial development (ISID) based on innovation, entrepreneurship and creativity, reports UNB.
UNIDO Director General Li Yong and ministers from Saudi Arabia, Brazil, South Africa, Malaysia, South Korea, Ghana, Senegal. Peru, Ethiopia and Nigeria will address the meeting. The industries minister is expected to return home on June 26.
