Apple’s iStores now in city

Global gadget giant Apple authorised iStore has started its journey in Dhaka city for the first time by opening three outlets, says a statement.
The outlets were inaugurated at Gulshan Avenue, North Tower Uttara and Bashundhara City on Saturday.
Compustar PVT Limited (CPL), the only authorised dealers of iPhone in Bangladesh, set up the iStore aiming to provide authorised genuine different apple products like iPhone, iPad and MacBook's and other authorised apple accessories to the consumers.
Managing Director Raquibul Kabir said at the inaugural ceremony of the stores that along with the country's advancement, buying capacity of people is increasing day by day.
He urged the mobile phone users to buy the warranty product as it benefits the consumer as well as contributes positively to the national revenue.
He also cautioned consumers about unauthorised traders urging them to abstain from the traders who sell counterfeit, refurbished or activated iPhones from other countries.
Generation Next Comm-unication Pte Managing Director Kailash Gupta, COO Md Riajul Islam, Business Controller of Union Group mobile division Asif Alamgir and CPL Business Manager Md Moniruzzaman were also present.
