BAFFA gets new president

Kabir Ahmed has been elected the president of Bangladesh Freight Forwarders Association (BAFFA) for 2021-2023 term, says a statement.
The election to the Board of Directors of the association was held on December 30 at the Carnival Hall, Bangabandhu International Conference Centre, in Dhaka and at the Lake View Exhibition Hall, World Trade Centre, in Chattogram.
The newly elected directors held a meeting on January 1, with Syed Sadakat Hossain, chairman of Election Board, in the chair, and they elected the president, senior vice president, vice president (Dhaka) and vice president (Chattogram).
Amirul Islam Chowdhury was elected senior vice president, Nurul Amin vice president (Dhaka) and Khairul Alam (Suzan) vice president (Chattogram).
And the elected directors are Nasir Ahmed Khan, Aktar Kamal Chowdhury, Zahid Hossain, Md. Khorshed Alam, Md. Kamruzzaman Ibne Amin, Md Alamgir Hossain, S. M. Mahbubur Rahman, Jannatul Firdous Akbar, Mazahar Hossain, A K M Fazlul Haque, Dolan Barua, Kazi Md. Mahfuzur Rahman, Mohammed Jahir Ahmmed Sarkar, Mohammed Shah Alam and Sumon Howlader.
