Bangladesh General Insurance Co holds 39th AGM

The 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Bangladesh General Insurance Co PLC (BGIC) was held on a virtual platform at its head office recently. Chairman of the company Towhid Samad presided over the meeting. Ahmed Saifuddin Chowdhury, Managing Director & CEO of the company, was also present. BGIC, the first general insurance company in the private sector of Bangladesh, approved 10% cash dividend for the year 2023.
