Bangladesh Insurance Association handed over a cheque for Tk 1.0 million for the flood-affected tea workers and staff of National Tea Company Limited at the latter's office in Dhaka on Tuesday. Secretary General of Bangladesh Insurance Association Nishith Kumar Sarker, Secretary Md Omar Faruque, and National Tea Company Limited Managing Director HSM Ziaul Ahsan were present, among others. The association also deposited Tk 1.0 million to the relief fund of the deputy commissioner of Sylhet district for the flood-affected people
