ANM Mahfuz, Additional Managing Director of Bank Asia, and Masudur Rahman, Operation Director of AGAM International, signed the agreement at the Bank Asia Tower in the city recently. Bank Asia Limited has recently signed an early wage access (EWA) agreement with AGAM International, an AI-based fintech firm, says a press release.

SM Iqbal Hossain and Muhammad Mustafa Haikal Hashmi, Deputy Managing Directors, Md Shaminoor Rahman, Head of MSME & Agriculture Division, Md Moniruzzaman Khan, Head of Alternative Delivery Channel of Bank Asia, and Humayun Reza Murtaza, Vice President of AGAM International, among others, were present athe event.
Under the deal, employees of organisations maintaining salary account with Bank Asia can take an immediate loan from the bank equal to their due salary before the salary date, which will be adjusted later from the individual's salary.
