Bata Shoe Company (Bangladesh) Limited Chairman Rajeev Gopalakrishnan (bottom, extreme right) presiding over the 49th AGM of the company on a digital platform on Thursday The 49th Annual General Meeting of Bata Shoe Company (Bangladesh) Limited was held on a digital platform on Thursday.
The meeting, presided over by Chairman Rajeev Gopalakrishnan, approved the audited financial statements and 25 per cash dividend for the year 2020.
The company lost Eid business which contributes around 25per cent to 35 per cent of total business, the company said in a statement.
Among other Directors, Anirban Asit Kumar Ghosh, Vice Chairman and Managing Director; Shaibal Sinha, Director; Rupali Chowdhury, Independent Director; Shambhu Nath Jha, Finance Director and Hashim Reza, Company Secretary also attended the meeting.
