Biman Bangladesh Airlines organised a public hearing at its district sales office at Motijheel in Dhaka on Monday, aiming to improve the quality of passenger service. Biman's Director (Administration and Human Resources) Siddiqur Rahman, Director (Customer Service) Md Motiul Islam Chowdhury, General Manager of District Sales Office Ashraful Alam, and General Manager (Customer Service) (Acting) Md Monirul Islam were present at the event.
