Board of directors of Bangladesh Development Bank Limited (BDBL) Monday congratulated its director Sahabuddin Ahmed with a bouquet on his appointment as secretary-in-charge of the ministry of food. Managing director Manjur Ahmed and director Md. Ekhlasur Rahman were also present.
