bproperty.com, an e-commerce property portal, has opened its new office at Mirpur in the capital.

Mark Nosworthy, chief executive officer (CEO) of the country's first digital real estate marketplace, announced the opening of the office at a press conference on Sunday.

The new office will welcome developers, owners, buyers, and tenants for both marketing and business purposes, he said.

The Mirpur marketplace is a great way to gather more insight directly from consumers, the CEO said, adding: "This will aid in fulfilling the vision we have for bproperty.com and real estate market in Bangladesh."

The company has an extensive plan to extend its business by spreading services to regional areas of Bangladesh.

Over 200 employees of bproperty.com currently look after over 25,000 active properties in the country and provide 24/7 real estate-related services to customers.

The office is located on the fourth floor of Green Avenue Park, Plot-1, Road-3, Block-A, Section-6 in Mirpur.

It is open to everybody for visiting and consulting with experts regarding their real estate queries.

Anik Simanto, head of Mirpur office, said, "We are really grateful to our customers who supported us throughout the journey so far and hope that we can give them more ease with the task of buying or selling properties in the coming days."

bproperty.com launched over two years ago and has been providing solutions to the country's real estate challenges.
