The Department of Public Administration at the Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) organised a seminar on 'Taxation in Bangladesh: Past, Present and Future' at the university's Bijoy Auditorium on Wednesday. Planning Minister M A Mannan was present as the chief guest and BUP VC Major General Md Mahbub-ul Alam as special guest. Former chairman of the National Board of Revenue Dr. Muhammad Abdul Mazid presented the keynote paper.
