Community Bank Bangladesh PLC has signed syndication agreements with R.A. Spinning Mills Ltd and Outpace Spinning Mills Ltd to arrange Tk 6,500 million through a syndicated financing structure. Under the arrangement, Community Bank Bangladesh, through its structured finance unit of the corporate banking division, will act as the facility arrange. Kimiwa Saddat, Managing Director (current charge) of Community Bank Bangladesh, signed and exchanged the mandate agreements with Razeeb Haider, Managing Director of R.A. Spinning Mills Ltd and Outpace Spinning Mills Ltd, at the bank's head office.
