Cut in DITF stalls to offer visitors comfort

The organisers have reduced the number of stalls in the upcoming Dhaka International Trade Fair (DITF) to give the visitors some comfort at the usually-overcrowded fair, reports bdnews24.com.
The fair will have 540 pavilions and stalls in 14 categories in January this year, down from 584 last year.
The Export Promotion Bureau (EPB) and the commerce ministry are organising the 23rd edition of the month-long DITF from Jan 1 on the western side of the Bangabandhu International Conference Centre at Sher-e-Bangla Nagar in the city.
EPB official and a member of the fair organising committee Abdur Rouf told the news portal that they cut the number of stalls and increased resting places, parks and other structures where the visitors can get rest.
