The 4-day 'Digital World-2015', the country's biggest ICT exposition, will be held on February 9-12 at Bangabandhu International Conference Centre in the city, reports UNB.
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will inaugurate the exhibition, Information Minister Hasanul Haq Inu told a press briefing at the Conference Room of Press Information Department on Monday.
The Digital World will be organised jointly by the ICT Division of the Posts, Telecommunications and Information Technology Ministry and Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS). Inu said a total of 81 IT professionals from 19 countries will take part this year's ICT exposition. They will provide suggestions and expert opinions in different seminars and workshops.
This year's fair includes programmes like world soft expo, e-governance expo, e-commerce expo, mobile innovation expo, business process management conference, IT job fair, CEO night and award night etc.
