Eco-friendly industrial equipment expo begin in city on Mar 12

A three-day commercial conclave on eco-friendly industrial equipment and sustainable development named 2nd Global Greentrade Investment Summit and 5th International Eco-Industrial Engineering Technology Expo will begin in the city on March 12.

Bangladesh-based Exponet Exhibition (pvt) Ltd. and India-based Green Leaf Green Solution will jointly organise the summit and expo at Bangabandhu International Conference Centre, said a press release.  

Besides, the fifth International Solartech Bangladesh Expo, Fourth International Powertech Bangladesh Expo and third International impression of Greenbuild Bangladesh expo will also be held at the same venue at the  same time.

The ecoexpo and green summit will create opportunity for live corporate demo, showcase technology, exchange requirements and search cross boarder business opportunity, according to the Exponet Exhibition media and marketing director.

He said on the first day of the summit the paper presentation and discussion will be on general investment, second day on infrastructural investment and third day on power infrastructural investment.

Among others, German Technical Cooperation Sustainable Energy for Development Finance and Administration Head of Programme Dilder Ahmed Taufiq will present keynote paper on the obstacle in the area of trade investment.

There will be around 120 stalls in the expos. The expos will remain open from 10am to 8pm and the summit will continue from 10am to 1pm every day. There will be no entry free.

Around seventy five global leading companies from 17 countries including Bangladesh will showcase their eco-friendly industrial equipment and impact investment services in the expo.
