FBCCI distributes office equipment to dist chambers

The Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI) distributed on Monday office equipment among the representatives of a number of district chambers aiming to enhance their capacity.
FBCCI President Kazi Akram Uddin Ahmed distributed computers, monitors, printers and pen-drives among the representatives of Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI), Natore Chamber, Narsingdi Chamber, Rangamati Chamber, Manikganj Chamber, Mymensingh Chamber, Habiganj Chamber and Barisal Women Chamber.
"We will gradually provide other district chambers with office equipment," he said while handing over the equipment to the chambers at a "Council of Chamber Presidents" programme held at the conference room of the apex trade body.
Mr Ahmed said the FBCCI in cooperation with the government started providing support for infrastructural development of the district chambers.
He also assured that the FBCCI will continue with its support for the chambers in future. FBCCI's first vice president Monowara Hakim Ali and other directors, among others, were present. talhabinhabib@yahoo.com
