Food Chain Asia Limited opened three international chain restaurants outlets in the capital's Dhanmondi area on Wednesday.
The outlets, housed at a multi-storey building on Plot 754/B, Satmasjid Road, will offer a number of mouth-watering international foods for food lovers in the city, including Canadian coffee, Seafood and premium Burgers.
The three international restaurants started selling Canadian coffee chain 'Second Cup Coffee', Malaysian Seafood Franchise 'The Manhattan Fish Market' and famous American burger chain 'Johnny Rockets' after the inaugural ceremony at the 'International Food Court'.
Speaking at the inauguration programme at the 'International Food Court', the organisers announced that apart from taking delicious food at the outlets, there is an exclusive zone for children, named 'Kiddies World' where kids can enjoy rides and play with different kind of toys.
US-based burger chain 'Johnny Rockets' is located at the first floor of the building. The second floor and the third one houses 'Manhattan Fish Market' while the 'Second Cup Coffee' is located at the rooftop of the 'International Food Court'.
Zakir Hosain Shopon, Councilor, Ward number-15 was present as the chief guest while Bangladeshi cricket team's all-rounder Mahmudullah Riyad attended the programme as the special guest.
Chief Operating Officer of the Food Chain Asia Ltd Fred Joosten told the FE that as part of efforts to introduce international food chain restaurants in Dhaka and offer best services for the customers, they have launched these three outlets with the view to bringing quality food here.
