Future entrepreneurs advised not to hurry in starting business

The future entrepreneurs have been advised not to hurry in starting any business and to make their business plan in a way so that banks can be satisfied for financing.

DCCI Vice President Kh Shahidul Islam said this while speaking at a training course organised by Dhaka Chamber of Commerce & Industry (DCCI) in association with International Finance Corporation (IFC) and Small and Cottage Industry Training Institute (SCITI) in the city recently, said a press release.

The DCCI organised the training to develop a proper business plan for the entrepreneurs who have registered to its project "DCCI Entrepreneurship & Innovation Expo".

DCCI is implementing the project for creating 2000 entrepreneurs in the country jointly with the Bangladesh Bank.

A total of 360 participants have already been trained and this is an ongoing process.

Among others, former managing director of Mutual Trust Bank and Consultant of DCCI Kazi Md Shafiqur Rahman, Director (Additional Secretary) of BSCIC Md Jahangir Molla, Vice President of Mercantile Bank Liaquat F Rashid Chandan and Senior Executive Officer of National Bank Md Rezaul Islam were present at the training.
