Govt to set up Ground Mounted Solar PV at NSEZ on PPP basis

The government has approved a proposal in principle for setting up Ground Mounted Solar PV (100-200MW) at National Special Economic Zone Project (NSEZ) on a Public Private Partnership (PPP) basis, reports BSS.

The approval came from the 10th meeting of the Advisers Council Committee on Economic Affairs held at the Cabinet Division Conference Room at Bangladesh Secretariat on Tuesday with Finance Adviser Dr Salehuddin Ahmed in the chair.

The proposal was placed before the meeting by the Chief Adviser's Office.
