Green Delta Ins officials meet BB Governor

Green Delta Insurance Company Limited, the leading general insurance company of Bangladesh, recently met the Governor of Bangladesh Bank Mr. Atiur Rahman.

Managing Director and CEO of Green Delta Insurance Ms. Farzana Chowdhury highlighted the company's ongoing and upcoming products and projects in the meeting.

She mentioned products like Nibedita- Comprehensive Insurance Scheme for women, Niramoy-Micro health insurance for the rural people, Corporate Health Insurance, personal accident insurance for migrant workers and Crop insurance.  She stressed on the shortcomings of insurance industry and how they can be overcome with the support of Bangladesh Bank.

Mr. Atiur Rahman gave assurance to stretch their supportive hand toward the development of this sector.

The meeting was also attended by Syed Moinuddin Ahmed, Deputy Managing Director and Company Secretary of Green Delta Insurance, Mr. T H Forhad, Senior Executive Director of Green Delta Insurance, Mr. Shubasish Barua, Deputy Senior Vice President of Green Delta Insurance, Mr. Azizur Rahman, General Manager, Human Resource Department of Bangladesh Bank and other high officials from Bangladesh Bank, according to a statement.
