The launching ceremony of the "Guardian Life Chatbot" recently at the company’s head office in the capital. Guardian Life has introduced an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based Chatbot on their Omnichannel communication platform; it is the first for Bangladesh's insurance sector. The chat-bot is synchronized with their integrated Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and corporate website. These systems will now make the customer experience better than ever, says the company in a statement received on Wednesday.
Customers will now be able to navigate the required information with the aid of the intelligent chatbot by following simple and user-friendly steps.
"Guardian Life Chatbot" was recently launched at Guardian Life's head office in the capital. Md. Zahid Hossain, Deputy Secretary, Financial Institutions Division, Ministry of Finance, was present as the Chief Guest at the inaugural function, and Sheikh Rakibul Karim, Acting CEO, Guardian Life, presided over the function.
