Members of the Board of Directors Matiur Rahman, Hasina Khan, Durand Mehdadur Rahman, Imran Khan and Dr. Shamim Khan were present at the meeting.
The AGM approved the annual report and the audited accounts of the company for the year ended on June 30, 2019 and 5.0 per cent cash dividend.
At the meeting, MR Dey FCA and Shahdat Ullah FCA were appointed as the independent directors and MIS Ahmed Zaker and Company, Chartered Accountants, was re-appointed as the auditor.
A significant number of shareholders attended the meeting virtually.
The independent director, auditor, CFO and company secretary were also present.
