Ibrahim new CEO of PPP Authority

Muhammad Ibrahim, a secretary to the government, has been appointed the chief executive officer (CEO) at the Public Private Partnership (PPP) Authority under the Prime Minister's Office (PMO).
Prior to his new assignment, Mr Ibrahim, who was serving as an additional secretary at the Local Government Division, was promoted to secretary on April 6.
He commenced his duties as the CEO at the PPP Authority on Monday, said an official statement.
Mr Ibrahim has been a member of the Bangladesh Civil Service (Administration) since April 1993. Apart from serving in various ministries and field administration, he served a term at Bangladesh Embassy in Manama, Bahrain, as first secretary.
He has 29 years of experiences with public policies, especially on local government, overseas employment, health, water and sanitation.
Mr Ibrahim has a master's degree in health economics from the University of Dhaka, and the Centre for Health Economics, University of York in the UK.
