President of the International Chamber of Commerce - Bangladesh (ICCB) Mahbubur Rahman held an exchange of views meeting with President of Chittagong Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI) Mahbubul Alam in the port city on Thursday, said a statement.
Mahbubur Rahman praised the CCCI's initiative to set up a display centre of Bangladeshi products at the World Trade Centre and expressed the hope that the centre will play a vital role in creating new markets of the products in the international arena.
The CCCI president informed the ICCB chief that the Prime Minister will inaugurate the World Trade Centre very soon.
Other leaders of the CCCI were present at the meeting.
