IFIL holds board meeting

Rezakul Haider, Chairman of the Board of Directors of IFIL, presided over the 267th meeting of the Board of Directors on Tuesday

The 267th meeting of the Board of Directors of Islamic Finance and Investment Limited (IFIL) was held at its Head Office at Tejgaon on Tuesday, says a statement.
Rezakul Haider, Chairman of the Board of Directors of IFIL, presided over the meeting where a number of investment proposals were approved.
Among others Vice Chairmen of the Board Anwar Hossain Chowdhury and K.B.M. Moin Uddin Chisty, Executive Committee Chairman Liaquat Hossain Moghul, Audit Committee Chairman Mohammed Nurul Amin, Directors Abul Quasem Haider, Mostanser Billa, Kazi Mahbuba Akhter, Independent Director Md. Jahidur Rahman, Managing Director and CEO Mr. A. Z. M. Saleh and Deputy Managing Director Maruf Mansur were present at the meeting.
