The 27th AGM of the International Leasing and Financial Services Limited was held virtually at its head office in Dhaka recently, with Md Nazrul Islam Khan, chairman of the Board of Directors of the company, in the chair. The 27th annual general meeting (AGM) of the International Leasing and Financial Services Limited (ILFSL) was held virtually at its head office in Dhaka on Monday, says a press release.
Md Nazrul Islam Khan, chairman of the Board of Directors of the company, presided over the meeting.
Among others, Independent Directors Syed Abu Naser Bakhtiar Ahmed, Md Shafiqul Islam, Brigadier General Md Meftaul Karim (LPR), Barrister Muhammad Ashraf Ali and Md Enamul Hasan joined the AGM virtually.
Managing Director (CC) Md Mashiur Rahman and Company Secretary (CC) Asaduzzaman were also present.
In his speech, the chairman mentioned that over Tk 1.74 billion (Tk 174.74 crore) has so far been paid to depositors.
As per the recommendation of the Board of Directors, the meeting approved and declared 'No dividend' for the year ended December 31, 2022.
