NEW DELHI, Aug 27 (Xinhua): India has put off signing a free trade agreement (FTA) with ASEAN in service and investment, because of the BJP-government under Prime Minister Narendra Modi does not want to do it in a hurry, said local newspaper Business Standard Wednesday.
