CHATTOGRAM, Sept 07: Delhi-based IRClass (Indian Register of Shipping) opened its office at Hotel Agrabad in the port city recently. Country Manager of IRClass Bangladesh Sk. Ohidul Islam inaugurated the office as the chief guest.
