Issue management agreement signed

An agreement was signed between South Asia Insurance Company Limited (SAICL) and Prime Finance Capital Management Limited (PFCML) on Tuesday for managing forthcoming IPO of the company. PFCML will act as the Issue manager of the proposed issue. The agreement signing ceremony was attended by Muhammad Nurul Alam Chowdhury, Chief Executive Officer, Md. Bakir Murshid, Additional Managing Director, Md. Anwar Hossain, Chief Financial Officer and Faruque Ahmed, Company Secretary of SAICL. On behalf of the issue manager, Mr. Md. Rezaul Haque, Managing Director, Abdul Mannan, Chief Financial Officer, and Mohammad Rajib`ul Islam, Head of Issue Management PFCML, were also present at the signing ceremony.
