KM Ali Azam new Industry Secretary

KM Ali Azam has joined as new secretary of the Industry Ministry, said a press release.
He took over the charge officially from outgoing Industries Secretary Md Abdul Halim.
Prior to joining the ministry, he served as Secretary, the Ministry of Labour and Employment.
Mr Azam is a member of the eighth batch of BCS (Administration) cadre.
Industries Minister Nurul Majid Mahmud Humayun was the chief guest at an official ceremony organised in connection with the handing over of the responsibilities at the conference room of the ministry whike State Minister for Industries Kamal Ahmed Mojumder was the special guest.
