Labib Dyeing Mills Limited, a member company of business conglomerate Labib Group, has inaugurated its new complex named 'KAMAL COMPLEX' in Kolmeshwor of Gazipur.
The complex has been built on the Group's own premises as part of its plan to do sustainable business and ensure continued expansion, the company said in a press release issued on Sunday.
Salma Begum, mother of Labib Group Chairman Salahuddin Alamgir who is a commercially important person (CIP), was present on the occasion as the chief guest at the inaugural ceremony held on Thursday morning.
Apart from SalahuddinAlamgir, Sultana Jahan CIP, Vice-Chairman of Labib Group, Brigadier General (Retd.) Habibur Rahman Kamal, Adviser to Labib Group, and some distinguished guests from Gazipur were also present.
Labib Group is involved in a variety of business activities such as sweater, dyeing, banking, leasing, electronics, IT, packaging, poultry, fisheries and agro-processing, the release mentioned.
Labib Group has been for quite some time playing an important role in earning foreign exchange and creating employment opportunities in the country.
