A two day long workshop on "situational leadership" concluded on Tuesday at a city hotel.
The workshop was organised by Leather goods & Footwear Manufacturers & Exporters Association of Bangladesh (LFMEAB) in association with Leather Sector Business Promotion Council (LSBPC).
Mir Muniruzzaman, Secretary General, LFMEAB, Kazi Roushan Ara, Executive Director, LFMEAB and Anisur Rahman, Assistant Programme Officer, LSBPC, were present on the opening day in order to inaugurate the workshop.
Three resource persons Md. Rabiul Alam, Business Development Manager, Md.Arifur Rahman Bhuiyan, Training Coordinator, and Imran Nazmul Kopol, Assistant Manager Business Development, came from the Centre of Excellence for Leather Skill Bangladesh Limited (COEL) to conduct the workshop, said a statement.
A total of 20 participants from different factories and organisations took part in the workshop.
