Mercantile Bank holds 27th AGM

The 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Mercantile Bank PLC was held virtually from its head office on Wednesday. The Balance Sheet as on December 31, 2025 has been approved by shareholders. The meeting was presided over by Md. Anwarul Haq, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the bank, while Managing Director Mati Ul Hasan delivered his welcome speech. Vice Chairmen Akram Hossain (Humayun) and lawmaker Md. Abdul Hannan, Executive Committee Chairman M. A. Khan Belal, Deputy Managing Directors Md. Zakir Hossain, Shamim Ahmed, Ashim Kumar Saha, Dr. Md. Zahid Hossain and Shah Md. Sohel Khurshid along with senior executives and officers were also present.
