MFIL declares eight per cent dividend

The 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Meridian Finance and Investment Limited (MFIL) was held at its Corporate Head Office in the city recently, says a statement.
Chairman of the company Naima Chowdhury presided over the meeting where Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Irteza A Khan and other directors of the board were present.
The company announced eight per cent cash dividend for the year 2018 at the meeting.
