Chairman of MIDAS Board SM Al-Husainy presiding over the 22nd AGM in the city on Saturday. Managing Director (acting) Dr ASM Mashi-ur Rahman was present in the meeting.
Shaikh A Halim, Md lkramullah, Rokia A Rahman, Prof Hafiz GA Siddiqui, SM Al-Husainy, Mirza Ali Behrouze Ispahani, Bazlur Rahman Khan, Sabina Alam and Anjan Chowdhury have been re-elected directors of Micro Industries Development Assistance and Services (MIDAS) Board, said a statement.
They were re-elected in the 22nd annual general meeting of the company held in the city on Saturday.
Chairman of MIDAS Board SM Al-Husainy presided over the meeting, while Managing Director (acting) Dr ASM Mashi-ur Rahman was also present.
The managing director report and the annual accounts of the company for the year 2013-2014 were adopted in the AGM.
Besides, Maj Gen Mahabbat Jan Chowdhury (retd) and Parvenn Mahmud, directors of MIDAS Board, were elected in its 21st AGM for two years term.
