Midland Bank Limited signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Central Procurement Technical Unit (CPTU) of the Implementation Monitoring and Evaluation Division (IMED) under the Planning Ministry in the city on Wednesday, says a statement.
Managing Director & CEO of Midland Bank Md Ahsan-uz Zaman and Director General of CPTU Md Faruque Hossain signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organisations.
Under the MoU, Midland Bank will provide banking services to government contractors under e-GP through its branches.
Secretary in Charge of IMED Md Shahid Ullah Khandaker and Chief Information Officer of Midland Bank Muhammad H Kafi were present on the occasion.
