The 38th annual general meeting (AGM) of Monospool Bangladesh PLC was held in a hybrid mode on Monday. Mustafa Kamal Mohiuddin, Chairman of the company, presided over the meeting. The shareholders approved 15% stock and 5% cash dividends at the meeting. Mostafa Jamal Mohiuddin, Managing Director, Md. Mobarok Hossain, Director, Advocate Golam Kibria, Director, Md. Emdadul Haque, Company Secretary, and Khandakar Ashraf Uddin, Chief Financial Officer, attended the meeting in person while Md. Rezaul Islam, Director, Md. Anwar Hossain, Director, Prof Dr Ataur Rahman, Independent Director, and Prof Dr Shamsunnahar, Independent Director, joined the meeting virtually.
