The Bangladesh German Chamber of Commerce & Industry (BGCCI) has announced the names of its new office bearers for 2025-2027 term.
Md. Rokonuzzaman, FCA, Country Managing Director of AMANN Bangladesh, has been elected President. In a statement, he highlighted the importance of leveraging the longstanding partnership between Bangladesh and Germany for mutual growth and sustainable development.
The newly elected leadership team includes Senior Vice Presidents Farooque Khan, Managing Director, Weber Power Solutions Ltd, and Tariq Anwar, Managing Director, MAN Energy Solutions Bangladesh Ltd, Vice Presidents Osman Haidar, Chairman, LOS Technology Ltd, and Navaneetha Krishnan, Managing Director, Robert Bosch (Bangladesh) Ltd. Adnan Md. Iqbal, who has been elected Treasurer, is the Director of Globe Forwarding & Freight Ltd.
New Directors of the Board include Md. Jahangir Alam Sharker, Managing Director, 3i Logistics (Pvt.) Limited, Anupam Kumar, Country Manager, Fichtner GmbH & Co.
