NATIONAL LIFE INS APPROVES 38PC CASH DIVIDEND
The 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of National Life Insurance Co. Ltd. was held virtually on Sunday. Morshed Alam, MP, Chairman of the company, presided over the meeting. Directors Matiur Rahman, ASM Mainuddin Monem, Bilkis Naher, S I Chowdhury, and Samm Khan, Independent Directors Das Deba Prashad and Zakir Ahmed Khan, Sponsor-shareholder Shafiqur Rahman Titu, Chief Executive Officer Md. Kazim Uddin, DMD & CFO Probir Chandra Das and Company Secretary Mohammad Abdul Wahab Mian participated in the meeting. In the AGM, the shareholders unanimously approved 38 per cent cash dividend for the year 2023.
