NATIONAL TEA COMPANY HOLDS 46TH AGM

The 46th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of National Tea Company Limited was held through a hybrid method on Thursday. The meeting was presided over by Chairman of the company Mamun Rashid. Other directors present at the meeting included Md Shakil Rizvi, Md Harun-Or-Rashid, Mahedi Masuduzzaman, Md Sarwar Kamal, Mohammed Bin Quasem, Md Mohsin Miah, Niranjan Chandra Debnath, Shama Rukh Alam, Saleh Uddin and Ayesha Akther along with Managing Director HSM Ziaul Ahsan. The meeting was conducted by Company Secretary AK Azad Chowdhury. During the meeting, shareholders approved the annual report for the 2023-2024 financial year.
