NRB Bank holds 12th Annual General Meeting

NRB Bank PLC has conducted its 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at The Westin Dhaka recently. Bank's Founder and Chairman Iqbal Ahmed presided over the event where shareholders approved the audited financial statements for the preceding year. Among others, the meeting was attended by Md. Quamrul Islam Chowdhury, Chairman of the Executive Committee; A. K. M. Mizanur Rahman, Chairman of the Audit Committee; Shaikh Md. Salim, Chairman of the Risk Management Committee; Independent Directors Ferdous Ara Begum and Sk. Matiur Rahman; Managing Director and CEO Tarek Reaz Khan, M Badiuzzaman, Chairman of NRB Bank Securities PLC, and Md Rezaul Karim, Company Secretary of the bank.
